This exterior refresh was designed to match the level of work done inside the home—clean, intentional, and finished the right way. We focused on a look that feels bright and updated, while still being smart with the budget and careful with the details that make it last. The goal wasn’t just “new”—it was a home that feels truly refreshed from the inside out.
This bathroom was in rough shape after the home sat uninhabited long enough for the skylights to leak, causing extensive ceiling and subfloor damage. We stripped it down to the studs, and rebuilt it from the ground up. The tub was relocated into a new alcove for a cleaner layout, while also giving us a "bump in" space near the side entry where a small built-in, with bench, and cubbies that makes the space much more useful for a busy family with kids.
